Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?

What type of properties do you buy?
We’re a real estate investment company; there isn’t much we wouldn’t consider. We’ll buy from single-family homes to multi-family properties, from commercial buildings to vacant land, and we’ll even purchase firehouses and condemned properties. Feel free to send us any deals you come across. 
How will I get paid? 
During the closing process, the title company will issue a check to you or send your fee via wire transfer. You have a choice on how you want to receive payment. We’ll also send you an email notification and a text message that the funds have been disbursed.
Will my referral fee affect the amount of money the seller receives from their deal?
Absolutely not. Your fee won’t affect the amount of money the seller will get for their property. We don’t figure in the finder’s fee when negotiating a deal to buy a house. We pride ourselves on making the highest and best cash offer to our sellers.
What is the typical time for the deal to close?
 It typically takes twenty-one days to close on a property. Sometimes, minor issues arise at closing that cause a delay. But rest assured that once the deal closes, you will be compensated.
What happens if the property is under contract and doesn’t sell? 
Great questions. We follow a specific process for every property we purchase. Once under contract, it is sent to the title company to ensure we get a clean title. If we aren’t able to do that, we can't buy the property, and in that instance, you won’t get paid. But most properties we decide to buy don’t have problems that can’t be resolved at closing. So, if one deal doesn’t work out, please try again.
